I was a member of the California Highway Patrol over 20 years. I retired September of 2020. As a CHP officer, my work assignment was investigating crimes on state property. I certified to conduct building safety assessments / site vulnerability from the United States Department of Defense and Commercial Vehicle Safety Inspection by the CHP. Currently I possess an advanced Homicide Investigations certificate, certified by the State of California. My last six years as an investigator I specialized in commercial burglary and commercial building safety. I have taught various law enforcement classes in accredited colleges throughout southern California. As of November 2021, I am license by the California Department of Real Estate to buy, sell and negotiate contracts for all types of properties.
