• Manage staff of three including two Recruiters and a Recruiting Assistant that are responsible for recruiting in various areas including construction, sales, information technology, finance, engineering, production labor, and drafting.• Establish a recruiting plan focusing on schools offering construction related programs.• Coordinate participation in career or job fairs.• Partner with marketing to enhance recruiting materials.• Present weekly metrics to senior level management.• Coach new managers on recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.• Design and implement programs to assist in retention.• Work with members in senior management to understand staffing forecasts for their respective areas.• Evaluate and manage relationships with vendors.
