With 20 years of experience in the broadcast industry, I lead the Sydney Broadcast Engineering and IT team at the Seven Network, Australia's leading free-to-air television network. We design and commission, maintain and ensure the availability of broadcast infrastructure and systems. I also oversee the operational requirements of our Master Control Room, which handles the transmission and contribution of all our content.I am passionate about delivering reliable and effective technology solutions that are optimised to facilitate the creation of great art, information and entertainment. I have a BA in TV Production from Charles Sturt University, and I have extensive knowledge and skills in every facet of broadcast engineering. I have held key roles in several major projects and events, such as the relocation of News and Public Affairs from Martin Place to Eveleigh, the Australian Open Tennis, the 100th anniversary of Gallipoli landing, the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, as well as the rollout of many technical systems.
