An experienced Finance Director and Pensions Trustee with a successful track record at Divisional Board level. For the last 7 years I’ve sat on the board of two pension schemes, chairing one scheme and chairing the Audit and Admin committee of the other. As Finance Director I played a key role in helping to shape and implement strategy. Broad experience of Governance at a Divisional Board level to support business performance and processes. As well as mentoring of a number of Finance professionals and graduates. Whilst a Finance Director I built a successful track record of driving performance across a wide range of business areas including; financial, operations and manufacturing. Delivering business performance on behalf of multiple stakeholders, whilst working with numerous external advisors. I’ve led significant sized multi-site Finance teams providing a comprehensive service in support of the business.
