With a robust foundation in customer relationship management (CRM) and general management, our team excels in delivering exceptional value to our clients and stakeholders.My passion is to build vision and strategy through involvement and cooperation, and to empower and inspire diverse teams to achieve growth and success. I am also a skilled presenter, negotiator, and stakeholder manager, with experience in dealing with governments and NGOs. As a certified Lean Six Sigma and Agile Project Manager, I implement and lead lean projects, change management initiatives, and digital marketing strategies to optimize processes, enhance quality, and increase customer satisfaction. I hold a degree in Food Engineering and in Human Nutrition, and I am currently pursuing an Executive MBA from ETH Zürich and University of St.Gallen (Autumn 2024). In my spare time, I enjoy DIY, nature, outdoor activities, cooking and wine with friends and family.
