Responsible for:* The delivery of Workforce Management solutions to Global Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Hospitality and Construction clients, involving multiple Countries, locations and/or departments in a hardware/software, multi vendor, multi protocol environment.* Deliver collaborative global Product Design workshops to analyze existing business rules and requirements.* Define Best Practice recommendations for Workforce Management for each client based on the outcomes of the Product Design workshops.* Coordination of all regional Kronos Application and Solution Consultants. * Coordination of regional solution definition workshops.* Ensure all regional documentation and functional configuration is delivered according to the Global Design. * Communication with all members of each clients' project team from Stakeholders down to Project Team Members regarding all aspects of the Solution.Streamline and optimize configuration to meet business needs and industry best-practice for Pay Rules, Job Costing Labor Data Collection, Custom Reports, Integration, Labor Planning and Scheduling, Labor Forecasting and Schedule Optimization to ensure ROI is achieved.Conduct application orientation and training for Customers, Service Delivery Partners, and Kronos Regional Offices in The US, South America, Australia, China, India and Singapore. This includes the delivery of Configuration Training for Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Scheduler, Workforce Activities, Basic and Advanced Integration.

Chris is a Sr Solutions Consultant the Global Centre of Expertise operating from Western Australia providing Solutions Consulting to the US, South America, Middle East, Asia Pacific and beyond. The role is primarily based on providing consulting services and Workforce Labour Management Solution Design to the above regions in Workforce Scheduler for the Manufacturing, Healthcare and Retail sectors.The role entails all aspects of the Momentum Implementation phases from Assessment through to delivery of Training. Chris has extensive experience in Global and Enterprise Wide Implementations working either autonomously or in a team environment.

This position was a hybrid role consisting of Pre Sales activity for Western Australia and Professional Services activities for the Kronos product suite. Providing Pre Sales consulting for existing clients who wish to expand their investment in Kronos applications through improved business processes and new technology and products. Providing consulting in Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Leave Management and Activity based Costing. This range of skills has been applied across all Industries including, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Logistics.The primary area of expertise is Labour Based Job Costing and Integration into ERP Systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards and Pronto for the Manufacturing Industry. Providing consultancy at all levels from Shop Floor to C-Level, on how to achieve overall business goals by implementing Kronos’ Shop Floor Data Collection system Workforce Activities. This involves detailed investigation and documentation of current practices and possible Business Process Re-Engineering, providing overall design and integration documentation through to the delivery of the Solution.
