- Working on a production line in a chemical factory- Experience in working in a hazardous environment and strictly following all health and safety procedures- Packing, labelling and organising products on the line and pallets for distribution- Controlling the flow of the line and machines and dealing with any discrepancies- Confidence in using the fork-lift on the factory floor and for moving pallets

- Providing first class customer support representing a number of different client portfolios and brand images in a fast-paced international call centre- Handling incoming customer contacts via telephone and internet channels, processing orders and liaising with courier companies to ensure deliveries- Processing and managing of customer complaints and escalations- Logging and updating tickets on the internal Knowledge Base systems- Daily administrative tasks and record keeping
