Lonispace has partnered, on and off, with Novon’s owners for the past 12 years, and over this time we have developed a deep level of trust and learnt to respect and value each other’s core technical skills, business acumen and business ethics; resulting in a mutual decision to merge Lonispace with Novon’s fast growing data integration business. Novon is a data specialist organisation, all things data; from traditional data at rest to data in motion, including Data Migration, Analytics, Digital Data Acquisition and the dissemination of data to enhance customer engagements primarily for banking and loyalty platforms (www.novon.com.au).While I had originally planned to retire after merging Lonispace, I have decided in retrospect to continue on and become the practise lead for Novon, leading their Information and Data Integration business. Our focus will continue to be on the transformation of your business, using digital transformation solutions but will now include all the data at rest technologies (i.e. AI, Analytics, Digital data acquisition, Migrations, Database development and Cloud solutions). Brocker Technology was a diverse technology organisation with trading dvisions in technology distribution, software development and professional services.In addition to the day to day running of this diverse computer company I led strategic negotiations for the distribution business I devised the strategy and managed some of the key software developments and professional service implementations for the group.

Each of these organisations were involved in the value add distribution of technology to the reseller community. My role was to set the strategic goals and execution of same for the divisions I was responsible for. My key activities were; large scale customer negotiations as well as their project management plus the setting the sales and marketing strategies for each division.

Imagineering grew to be on of the largest IT distributor in Australia over a 10 year period. I started with the organisation as a Sales Manager and progressed to the role of General Manager for Australia during my time with the organisation.
