The most important job role in being a Turn round controller was to proof read the balance sheets to make sure that all cargo was placed in the correct parts of the aircraft, any wrong information could cause the aircraft to be grounded as it would be un-fit to fly.

I have worked within the airport sector my first job was at British Airways where I worked as a Level 2 Ramp Agent, from September 2012 to December 2016. Part of the apprenticeship included task based roles such as, baggage handling, loading, logistics and crew leader training. My main role was in the logistics section, where I would assist and deliver baggage to the correct place. While I worked at British Airways I became used to working shift times. Sometimes while working on a shift there would be implications such as cancelled flights or delayed flights. Which we had to deal with in a correct manor, we would do this by politely telling passengers and staff about the situation. The goal of working for British Airways was to make sure that every customer has a pleasant experience.
