Responsible for managing the domestic sales business - both off premise and on premise channels, which includes developing and strategising business plans into new channels, marketing positioning, product development, internal reporting systems, financial budgets and the general management of a national sales force and internal contact centre.

In this role, I managed 29 staff including sales staff, sales managers and key accounts. I was solely responsible for maintaining GP$ growth and increasing market share within NSW. In 2008, I was awarded State Of The Year and became Nbr 2. liquor supplier in our category.

Managed and monitored the NSW Sales team (16 Area Sales Managers) to achieve incentive KPI's.

Managed head office accounts for ranging, pricing and core range programs. This included financial analysis of wholesaler business, managing inventory, holding and purchasing stock requirements and setting business plans for the new financial year.
