Support NASA Increment Management in providing programmatic oversite and direction during the planning and execution phases of a period of ISS operations known as an Increment. Planning begins in earnest seven months prior to Increment start and the typical execution period lasts six months.• Act as the technical integrator and a primary point of contact for Increment Requirements during pre-Increment planning and Increment execution. This involves gathering and understanding requirements across multiple disciplines from NASA, as well as International Partners (IPs).• Evaluate all data associated with ISS requirements and integrate each requirement into requirement documentation in priority order consistent with the ISS Program philosophy.• Advise ISS operations teams in the real-time management of requirements based on programmatic priority and ISS resources such as crew time, phasing constraints, impacts to other operations, vehicle traffic, and vehicle manifests.• Provide assessments to confirm feasibility of completing planned requirements for the Increment period.• Champion discussions regarding Increment planning, requirements, open work, and known risks at various levels of NASA boards and at Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) with IPs.• Liaise between ISS Program and ISS Flight Control Team during Increment execution.

Determine optimal power distribution layouts and design panelboard schedules.-Smart Scripts SME-Create tailored scripts and script packets using C# in order to facilitate higher quality engineering designs by providing validation feedback and supplementary functionality to designers and checkers within engineering software.-Quality Engineering-Ensure quality control during the Maurepas Heated Pipeline project by performing in-field testing of heating and fiber optic components as well as monitoring installation documentation.-Field Engineering-Create sketches of piping systems and provide BOMs for construction crews in brownfield retrofit projects as well as greenfield projects. Interface with client and project management to recommend best path of execution per concerns of procurement cost, installation cost, schedule, and maintenance longevity.
