Completed the retail management graduate scheme with Asda and became Store Manager of an Asda Living Store.

Supporting the Store manager with all aspects of the operation, managing colleagues and using an eye for detail to spot opportunities to improve sales through 'raising the bar'. Focussing on colleague development and succession planning.
