As the leader of Facilities and Grounds at The Landings Golf and Athletic Club, I oversee multiple specialized business units across the Club’s expansive 1,300-acre property and 55 vertical structures. These units include Engineering, Landscape Maintenance, Housekeeping, ArborCare, Capital Construction and Special Projects, Natural Resources, and Contract/Permit Management. My role involves strategic and long-range planning for the Golf Course, Grounds, and Facilities Departments, ensuring sustainability and excellence in our facilities. This integrated position focuses on operational efficiency, safety, and quality, enhancing the overall member experience and maintaining the highest standards across all club facilities.

The Landings has 4500+ members, 6 Championship golf courses, Achievements:• Asset management responsibility for $66.1 million dollars of The Clubs assets• Directly responsible for 3 Championship golf across 500 acres of property, 12 acre practice facility – including co-responsibility the 1300 acre property and 560 acres of maintained turf. • Golf Course Maintenance budget includes a $6.8 million dollar annual operating budget, and $1.3 million capital budget, inclusive of equipment, buildings, and This includes a staff of 93 including 6 Golf Course Superintendents, 8 Assistant Superintendents, 4 Head mechanics, 1 Fleet manager, and related Technicians and Equipment Operators• Capital Fleet Equipment management included 10 FT mechanics, and 413 pieces of capital equipment. Responsible for creation and implementation of the Agronomy departments Capital Asset Replacement Plan – Equipment asset replacement value of $6.4 million• Water Resource manager• Creation and operation of an in-house tree canopy mgmt. department with staff of 3 full time arborist and 200k annual operating budget.• Annual capital reinvestment program included all scales of renovation work from small (400K) summer PM renovation/re-grassing to a full-scale, 3.8 million dollar renovation of our Oakridge course in 2013
