As my working life has evolved I found myself building a broad spectrum of experience and skill sets. From my first job as a Parts Person in the Motorsports industry I worked my way to a promotion to Service Manager. After that I helped build a successful custom farming business with my family. During that time I built my own Commercial Property Maintenance business setting local industry standards for bidding, contracts, job site tracking and more. I sold that business to my operations manager and it still functions and grows under my template. I found my way back to agriculture in the form of equipment sales. I spent some years in a smaller AGCO dealership with a growing pipeline and strong sales. Today I find myself in a new larger CLAAS dealership enjoying the strong structure and teamwork based environment.
