•Manage the overall branch office operations.•Motivate employees and promote cross-selling bank products and services to customers. •Meet and coach with employees on an individual basis to help them attain sales goals.•Pay strict attention to customers’ needs and reactions. Meet with customers and handle transactions for customers as efficiently as possible.Implement in-store promotional activities to increase awareness and generate new business.•Responsible for opening and closing of branch, making security checks and proper maintenance of the banking facility.•Recommend additions or reductions in staff.•Recommend additional training for staff.•Ensures sales associates are courteous, efficient, and properly trained in handling customers and their business.•Evaluate performance of sales staff and recommend promotions and salary adjustments as necessary. Counsel and/or disciplines employees as necessary.•Involved in community and civic organizations to promote the image of the bank within the community.
