I have been involved with clients from a number of industries including IP Telephony, IT Professional Services, Carbon Capture technologies, Software Development, Food Distribution & Hospitality and assisted them in a range of areas including:- Strategic Business Planning- Financial Accounting Services- Selection and implementation of ERP software- Assisting clients in raising capital to execute on growth plans- Assisting clients in sale of businesses

I was initially engaged during the start up phase to provide various functions for the company whilst based remotely in the UK including, Financial Accounting, HR, design and monitoring of business operations.As the company grew I relocated to Perth, Australia to assist the company in its continued growth and through to listing on the Australian ASX in July 2015

In my role as Financial Director I was responsible at Board level for Finance, Operations including implementation and ongoing monitoring of externally recognised quality standards (ISO9001, ISO1400) through to Oct 2010 when the company was acquired by Alternative Networks.

I was engaged by the company at incorporation to implement and run all systems related to finance and ongoing business operations including provision of the HR function.
