I am looking for my first job in software development after completing my Software Engineering Immersive course through General Assembly. While studying I have learned Javascript, React, Node.js, Vue, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, HTML and CSS and I'm eager to further develop my skills!I have been passionate about computers my whole life, I built my first computer when I was ten and really started getting interested in software after getting a first-gen iPod touch. At that time, the iTunes store didn't actually let you download movies outside of the USA so what's a young boy to do but learn how to use his new computer to break DVD encryptions and convert video files?I've spent most of my working life in sales, most recently working in recruitment of software developers. I have been able to build a strong skillset in communication, leadership, and time management and I'm eager to use this as a foundation to build my coding skills.
