Led 2 organizations composed of 70 military, civilians, and contractors (2 x Information Technology 5 year contracts valued at $25M+), who operated and sustained $803M of Air Force wide enterprise systems, providing sustainment & maintenance to the entire Air Force’s Infrastructure and Identity Data Management services, ultimately supporting over 2M Department of Defense systems and personnel and accounts. Coordinated regularly with senior civilian and military leaders and their staffs on communications support.

Led 80 military, civilian, and contractor ($8.2M contract) personnel and managed 10 major communications and information projects, sustaining 99.3% reliability rate of a $35M network that supports 128 Air Force programs with a $1.1B portfolio. Results oriented/people driven: Led team to 9 base annual awards, 5 Major Command level awards (Information Dominance), the 2011 Team of the Year, 1st Lieutenant Jay Smith award, and was pivotal in the Operations Division being awarded the Enterprise Support Center’s Major General McClelland award (Large Communications Squadron award). Received "Excellent" rating (.04% from Outstanding) in joint unit Command Cyber Readiness Inspection 2012 in which the Defense Information Systems Agency Inspection Chief exclaimed "best program seen."

Led 75 military, civilian, and contractor ($21M contract) personnel to effectively maintain & administrate a $23M Command, Control, Computers, and Communiations network, that provided critical training to 24K joint warfighters a year, including 3-star general officers, bound for Combined Forces Command duty in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and New Dawn. Successfully fulfilled role as “Acting Commander” during 2 month period of absence, with flawless mission execution, including direction/revamping of information technology equipment process for 17 wing-wide accounts, 8K assets, valued at $10M, which supported 104 annual training events.

Directed 20 military, civilian, and contractor personnel in software development and implementation for Air Warfare Simulation/Information Operations Suite and functions as the wing lead for numerous Major Command and Joint exercises. Oversaw $20M suite of intelligence/electronic ground-game models to ensure realistic simulations of air-ground combat. Interfaced real-world Command, Control, Communications, Computer and Intelligence (C4I) systems with modeling & simulation for Air Combat Command (ACC), joint, and coalition training exercises, experiments, and tests.

Responsible for the productivity of 120 personnel in 11 Air Force Specialty Codes (AFSCs) in the Pacific Air Force’s (PACAF) largest mission systems flight and overseas communications squadron. Ensured high quality maintenance and operations of Theater Deployable Communications (TDC), Air Traffic Control (ATC), and Land Systems (ATCALS) satellite, Land Mobile Radio (LMR), weather and cryptographic equipment valued at over $28M.

Kadena Ab, Okinawa, Japan

Assisted in planning/implementation of $200M C4I systems infrastructure for the largest combat wing in the PACAF. Projects included: $7M tech refresh of NIPR (unclassified network) for the entire Kadena Air Base, SIPR (classified network) $2M PACAF standardization of switches, cabling and crypto devices in 51 buildings, and a $117K wing commander’s conference room VTC solution.
