Below list some key tasks and achievements- Managing the service team- Growing the service side of the business- Building a strong relationship with managing agents, manufacturers and customers- Negotiating supplier pricing and warranties- Quoting daily on a multitude of products to clients, from quoting for replacement gates in wood or metal to large automation projects across several gates- Qualification in DHF Gate Safety Diploma- Advising clients on best practice for safety and automation requirements- Negotiating pricing with clients- Working on building the service customer base- Procurement of gates, automation and linked products eg. intercoms- Managing the service department including - Delivering weekly reports on current works, invoiced works and projected targets for upcoming weeks- Delivering monthly reports and KPI's including review on month data, PnL and turnover- Being an active part of management decisions and contributing largely during business direction decisions

Responsible for the organisation and management of the CCTV maintenance, servicing and planned preventative maintenance on 17 above ground Network Rail London Stations(Circa 3000 cameras). Also heavily involved in the day to day running of the business and project works.Below list some tasks and achievements- Managing a team of day and night shift engineers- Ensuring all SLA's met and exceeded- Carrying out quarterly reporting and stats for the variety of faults and issues cropping up on the CCTV infrastructure.- Responsible for delivering the Quality Management System- Solely responsible for compliance and Link-up audit, passing the audit on every occasion- Carrying out many WPP, Method Statement and Risk Assessment. Issuing of Form B's working closely with principal contractors.- Ordering of stock to deliver the maintenance and be able to react to SLA's- When issues arise outside of the Maintenance Contract, quoting for repairs or replacing of cameras, cabling, recorders and much more- When new CCTV viewing locations are required, quoting for a solution and implementing with the project team- Liaising closely with all Stations under contract from reception staff to station managers on a daily basis- Quarterly meetings with Network Rail contract head for the servicing and maintenance- Liaising with contractors on project work for many projects including the following1. London Bridge redevelopment/Shard project. Main contractors dealt with were TClarke and MACE on this project2. Crossrail project at Paddington working closely with Fourways Communication3. Waterloo Balcony project working closely with BAM construction and many moreThis role was aided by the excellent relationships which I established with all stations, contractors, Network Rail, TOC's and the BTP (British Transport Police). Due to my technical expertise on the system I was often called upon for technical advice in larger project meetings, Network Rail meetings and BTP meetings.
