I have increased the focus on the quality of education, training and learning experiences, which contributed to raising Ofsted ratings from ‘Requires Improvement’ to ‘Good’ within 9 months of taking up the post of CEO. I have delivered a robust 3-year business plan that focused on cost reduction, increased efficiency and growth and sustainability that won the buy-in of the charity’s Board of Directors and parent company. I generated a measurable reduction in deficits by 37% in Y1 against the backdrop of COVID-19. I also believe in internal change.
