Wrote and executed test procedures that were used as formal design verification for GEHC’s anesthesia O2 sensor. Documented Engineering Change Orders as well as performed verification activities involving manufacturing and supplier initiated changes.Preformed gauge R&R testing to help qualify test fixtures that were used in production for the new A180 anesthesia machine launched in Madison. Communicated with different suppliers in order to resolve supply chain issues, and to carry out design changes on existing parts.

Worked as a Project Engineer on the DPR Construction team at the NorthBay Medical Hospital job site.Communicated with architects, electricians, and other subcontractors in order to work out issues in the field and document them accordingly.Constructed a mock up of a patient room, PACU, and pre-operating patient rooms.Facilitated walk throughs with designers, architects, and other hospital personnel in order to gain user feedback and track design changes.

During my first summer experience at Ace, I operated machinery on shop floor to de-burr sheet metal in preparation to be formed and bent. Loaded and unloaded the Flat Laser, which cut all of the sheet metal for Ace. I also assisted in the shipping department, practiced the logistics of the company first hand, and made sure that Ace provided on-time-delivery to its nationwide customers.For my second summer at Ace Metal Crafts, I worked as a layout engineer in the office using Engineering software including Solid Edge, Sigma Nest, Syteline and basic AutoCAD. I provided efficient and courteous service to the other engineers in the office, and communicated with the shop floor workers. Finally, I assisted shop workers by helping them by operating machinery including: Flat Laser, Tube Laser, and Press Brake.
