I began my career in the automotive industry at Jiffy Lube in June 2015. By the time I quit the job in November 2015, I was the Lead Customer Service Advisor in charge of sales for the store, proficient in all positions in the store, and a state inspector. I began to pursue an education in Automotive Technology at Austin Community College in Spring of 2016 and took a couple of odd jobs that worked with my new secondary education schedule. In July 2017 I re-entered the automotive industry and worked briefly at a Brake Check where I performed brake jobs, suspension work, alignments and oil changes. In August 2017 I quit that job to work as an Express Tech at Onion Creek Volkswagen where I worked my way up to Apprentice and then Mainline technician, performing diagnosis and repair of vehicles until December of 2019.I have been passionate about automotive repair & maintenance from the first time I ever did it on my own vehicle. Nothing makes me more satisfied than a job well done and a customer happy with the repairs I performed in the time it was done. I am excited to see where my career will take me in the future with the changing nature of the automotive industry.
