I graduated high school in May of 2018 and spent the following year at the Missouri University of Science and Technology. I left college after a year because it wasn't really what I was looking for in schooling. After taking some time off from school, I found Centriq Training, and decided to give I.T a shot. I absolutely loved the program. I graduated at the end of the four-month program and received my certificate for Systems and Security Administration. I have had roughly two and a half years of customer service experience, dealing with sometimes tough situations or tough people, and passing on knowledge that I have received. I was a cashier at Wal-Mart and a kitchen worker at Casey's General Store. In both of these positions, I have dealt with customers being upset for problems that have been out of my control, or I can't do anything to fix. Nevertheless, all problems have solutions. I have some experience in tech support through my support technician role at Strategy, LLC in Olathe Kansas, and my job as a field service engineer at the National Records Center in Lee's Summit, Missouri. I'm very well at working with and talking to customers. I maintained a 3.5 GPA throughout high school, as well as lettering varsity in cross country.
