As of March 31, 2021, I have retired from my role as President/General Manager of Polaris E&E Services, Inc.I had two excellent partners in the company that deflected the day-to-day running of the company. My role as president was mainly concerned with attending vital meetings, making crucial business-central decisions and trying to be the voice of reason when needed.Though I had served as president of the company from its inception, I performed data loading tasks on any project given to me by the Operations Manager.As General Manager, I tried to balance the needs of the Sales and Marketing side against the realities of the Operations and Production side. I was responsible for making sure client's needs and concerns could be addressed by the company in a reasonable time frame.Polaris often gets contracts that put people to work on-site or remotely for various companies, so I had to be 'fluent' in a variety of interpretation software packages. I have 30+ years of experience with seismic workstation software and have loaded to 2DPlus & 3DPlus, IES, IESX, Petrel, SeisWorks, DecisionSpace, Charisma, Geoframe, Kingdom and company-specific interpretation software.

Loaded seismic data for Norwegian companies, prepared the first data sets to load into the Norwegian PetroBank. Loaded seismic data into Charisma and SeisWorks, taught data loading techniques to my loading team.

Performed day to day operations, trained new employees, managed a data loading team. Loaded seismic to SeisWorks, Geoquest/Schlumberger IES then IESX, Charisma. Taught data loading and data archiving techniques to my loading team.

Performed day to day operations, trained incoming employees on Landmark and Woodlands software, managed the data loading team. Loaded seismic data to 2DPlus, 3DPlus then SeisWorks, GeoQuest IES. Taught my loading team data loading and data archiving techniques.

Performed mainly 2D data loading on Landmark AIX Platform. Archived the TGS Gulf of Mexico database to optical disk in order to fulfill subset and complete data orders. Also went onsite to perform restoration and other seismic workstation data loading tasks. Loaded seismic to 2DPlus, 3DPlus.
