This is accomplished by effectively managing our fast paced, high volume service department tasked with providing technical support for our staff engineers, clients, new project startup services, after sale services and customized performance review programs for the product lines represented by Accuspec. Instrumental in the management, technical support and consistent positive results for the many completed and on going Accuspec projects. I am a strong proponent of exemplary customer service and assuring that all clients are responded to in a timely fashion, handled professionally, honestly, and all correspondence is both thorough and accurate.
