Utilizing a throughout understanding of energy performance, load shedding and shaving techniques to effectively reduced energy consumption while maintaining excellent Indoor Air Quality and thermal comfort (As outlined by ASHRAE Guidelines 62.1 and 90.1). By critically analyzing peak demand, consumption and deficiency charts he had implemented a program to reduce energy consumed at 1881 Yonge Street by 12% annually resulting in significant savings while lessening the burden on Toronto's aging infrastructure.
