All responsibilities are as listed in previous role along with:• The opportunity to create, develop and support new entertainment concepts and ideas to be rolled out across 35 holiday parks in the UK. • Offer regional support to surrounding area parks on all areas of the department.• Support and interview in the UK wide recruitment for all parks.• Part of the team responsible for putting together team training and delivery for employees, who will then roll out the entertainment offer across all 35 parks. • Taking on certain projects to review, progress and help maintain strong relationships with 3rd party suppliers with the view to improve quality and appeal to the customer.• Offer logistical support in the facilitation of rehearsals, refurbishment of props and scenery and any other relevant area.• Understand costs and logistics behind each different activity or event. • Research and develop new ideas that appeal to our current customer base in the current climate.• Meet with 3rd party businesses that would like to be part of our entertainment offer and explain our business ethos and way of working. • Attend showcases of upcoming entertainment to identify relevant and appropriate acts for our holiday parks.• Managed the budget of all technical servicing and support across all parks. Deciding where stage investment is needed and come up with the service and support charter for all 36 parks.
