I am well rounded and very culturally diverse, this is due to being able to perform in many types of industries such as manufacturing, sales both inbound, outbound and even cold calling. From Political Parties to auto leasing, Telecommunication's and Healthcare I have managed and been successful due to my abilities to be flexible, overcome obstacles and adapt to similar situations not only apply my experience into critical thinking sand application but also learning.I have been very fortunate to have been mentored by very successful people and organizations and been fundamental in the successes of everything I have applied myself to from managing national sales team for a manufacturing company to being a dealer relationship manager for New Zealand's largest vehicle leasing company. Moving to the USA I became self employed and operated a computer business for both the consumer and commercial markets before moving back into Contact Centers and specializing and honing my skills for this industry as this is where I decided to focus my career on.I am confident in my ability to manage accounts develop and mentor leadership and have proven success track record. I understand the importance of being part of an organization and the fundamentals of being fiscally successful and financially responsible. During these difficult times of the Pandemic required a different type of skillset where I was able to successfully move from office to Work at home for two different organizations to where I was instrumental in moving an entire Customer Service team in Houston to work at home for Cigna to helping fix multiple accounts for Alorica who struggled with their transition to Work at home.
