AManaging the Decision Support activities for the entire EMEA region consisting of around 5,000 customers and c.$600m of annual revenue. Onboarding, training, and management of a team of 2 new analysts. Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate Commercial teams on both supplier and customer side to ensure comprehensive go to market approach - Contributing to analysis and design of new processes and procedures to facilitate new distribution models - Leading the regional deal review and approvals process with Regional MDs - Leading monthly pipeline reviews with FP&A and Fin Ops teams to ensure alignment on key renewals and new contracts- Review of quarterly forecast outputs and challenge where appropriate - Assisting FP&A teams on production of monthly Board packs

Responsible for the Decision Support activity for Northern Europe, covering a customer base of approximately 2,000 and c.$300m of annual revenue. Partnering with commercial teams to actively support key decisions leading to effective management of the region.Main Responsibilities:- Comprehensive analysis and challenge on all deals to ensure optimal structure- Finance approval and sign off or escalation of deals as required per agreed DOA policy - Liaise with multiple teams including Legal, Incentive payment and Billing to ensure agreements are drafted and implemented according to the commercial intent, while ensuring compatibility with internal systems and processes- Key contributor to budget process through validation and challenge of inputs and assumptions for regional sales leads - Track performance Vs target and analyse key drivers to provide Commercial leads with options to improve performance - Provide commentary on month end results to assist FP&A team in producing month end Board packs

Responsible for the management of c.£150m of annual revenue across 7 key customer accounts, working closely with internal and external teams. Key Finance contributor on RFP responses for new business opportunities. Main Responsibilities:- Finance lead in quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes- Lead monthly business reviews with external customers- Impact analysis of pricing and commission proposals- Financial modelling of new deals including P&L, Cashflow and Balance Sheet Vs 5 year strategic plan. Scenarios planning and sensitivity analysis to quantify key risks and formula mitigation plans- Appraisal of organisations skills and capabilities to ensure sufficient operational capacity to service new accounts- Contract negotiations and amendments including drafting of commercial schedules

Lead Finance contract and business partner for Commercial, Operations and Marketing teams, responsible for a c.£60m household insurance portfolio covering both the AXA and Swiftcover brands.Main Responsibilities:- Leading internal investment appraisal process for the development of new corporate initiatives and projects- Accurate tracking of all initiatives and projects with recommendations for incremental improvements to maximise ROI- Finance lead in quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes- Monthly presentation of financial results with analysis of key variances to Heads of Department- Quarterly channel profitability review presented to Heads of Marketing and Operations teams to help refine strategy
