A hard-working Business Information Systems (HONS) graduate who studied at University of Wales, Institute Cardiff (UWIC). Decisive, proactive with a can do attitude, I have a very strong background in the Financial sector as I have worked in my present position for 9 years dealing with FSA requirements, customer complaints and account queries. I have also worked alongside the change department and helped create new process maps for different departments. I have a sound knowledge of various departments within Commercial Banking and enjoy working as part of a team, but can work equally well on my own initiative. I have demonstrated that I always work to best of my abilities who always over achieve any set targets and that I have been proven to be self-motivated, committed and determined in achieving my goals.
