Work with engineers to finalize designs. Work with the Site manager to bid and crew out future jobs. Work closely with Project managers and client personnel to complete jobs. Trouble shoot and research alternative ways to solve problems. Building tank farm ramps, area paving, parking lots, tank foundations, misc pump and structural foundations, as well as assisting mechanical with shower stations and structural jobs.

Civil Capital and Maintenance Supervisor for the last 5 years at Honeywell’s Uranium enrichment plant in Metropolis, IL. Scope included many different projects: foundations, new block buildings, area paving, light and heavy earthwork, etc. Maintenance included anything from replacing a door frame to pouring epoxy grout. Oversee all Civil capital work, including: coatings, carpentry, scaffolds, and heavy civil. Also assisted the Site Manager with HR duties: recruiting, on-boarding new employees, training, certifications, disciplinary, executive review boards, etc.

Responsible for more than 100 Expats and 800 subcontract employees in 7 different Military Bases in the Middle East. Designed, layout, and built a Prison Camp in Southern Iraq as well as many Tent camps in Kuwait and Iraq. Maintenance on all hard and soft structures on Military Bases. Created requisitions for millions of dollars at a time for material and labor. Met with Military personnel to discuss scope of work and resolved any issues that were brought up by client.
