I am an English graduate with a Journalism degree who is living and working in California.I have a vast amount of customer service experience, having worked in multiple roles and businesses including for world leading brands. As a manager of other staff, I oversee my employees to ensure each shift runs smoothly and each employee is supported and empowered to do what they do best every day.
