This high complexity lab position entails travel between 10 + mobile laboratories around the country that engage in SARS-COVID-2 research and clinical testing via RT-qPCR and QSTAR. Typical responsibilities include: part-time Lab manager, outfitting labs, training/ managing 50+ lab techs, ensuring successful sample processing, organizing meetings, communicating directly with the Lab Directors, company owners, and clients. For the compliance side I create protocols, troubleshoot, validate equipment, and stay compliant with CLIA-COLA-CAP
