Created and maintained Autocad blocks, as well as, keeping standards manual current.-Took lead to manage the production of a 34,000 sq. ft. build-out of a Main Event in an existing mall, working closely with client and all vendors and consultants. Project scope from site survey to RFI during CA. Resolved design issues with the client while directing a team of three.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

- Manage the development and execution of 40+ Domino’s location from ground ups, remodels to tenant improvements. Developed a prototype to keep current the clients changing needs. Contract development, negotiation and execution from client to engineering disciplines. Proactively determining the needs of the client and problem solving. Effective verbal and written communications. Teaching and delegating within the team for a positive outcome. - Took lead in various projects located within DFW Airport including “Camille’s Ice Cream, Dickey’s Barbecue Pit and Caribou Coffee and Einstein’s Bagels.- Worked on multiple University projects Midwestern State University “Clark Center” and “Mesquite Dining Hall”, Angelo State University Food Court, UT Dallas Food Court and UT Arlington Food Court and Dining Hall. - Managed the execution of 200+ FedEX locations for various roll out programs while traveling to meticulously field verify each location. Project included due diligence, construction drawings thru permitting and CM for each.- Designed the exterior of several Corner Bakery restaurants and Mattress Firm stores for retrofit into new and existing spaces. Space planned per client guidelines, assisted in CD's and quality control.- Managed from start to finish 15+ Einstein Bros. Bagel restaurants from field verification, planning and permitting. Hiring and managing of engineering, structural and civil consultants. Managed the Client prototype for distribution to other architects and keeping changes to equipment up to date. Developed service agreement estimates for new projects.- Conceptualized the 4,384 sq. ft. design for the Pizza Inn company flagship store (Denton, TX) taking it thru construction documents, permitting and CM. - Assisted in developing multiple restaurant concept facades in airports for Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio and George Bush Intercontinental.

Tulsa, Oklahoma Area

- Assisted in executing 400+ Pizza Hut stores with their “WingStreet” concept roll out on a national scale. Participated in site visits with PH design manager to verify exiting conditions.- Supervised and coordinated various architectural firms and vendors to meet client specific needs from codes and customer flow to construction documents/administration and signage.- Created and developed a theme bar within two select Pizza Hut restaurants to test direction and scope on future projects.- Headed the design, implementation and completion of 300+ FedEX branch stores on their “Signs & Banner” program. Developed the use of a drawing template to save time, as well as, CAD block development. The 3,000 to 10,000 square foot stores were meticulously surveyed, drawn in house implementing the criteria to construction documents. - Recognized as a Launch Team Member for the first 100 FedEx openings.- Advised on design and materials for prototypical new builds and remodels such as Best Buy, FedEX and Darden restaurants which include Bahama Breeze and Olive Gardens 7,200 square foot Tuscan Farm theme.
