Complete Monthly SG&A Analysis for the North America Power and Gas Business UnitThis task requires working with data pulled from our Accounting System (JDE), being able to manipulate data using pivot tables (including excel tools- Power Pivot and Power Query) to quickly show drivers for variances of SG&A costs to budgeted costs. Preparation of Fiscal Year 2015-16 (FY ends May 31) SG&A Budget for North America Energy (Cargill Petroleum and Chemicals & North America Power and Gas)This process includes going through and establishing budgets for over 25 Cost Centers. In order to do so I first worked with and collected information from Trading Leaders, Business Unit Leaders, and the Controller of North America Energy. Then I created logical assumption based on the information collected to calculate the budget of what business costs will be.

Complete the physical Natural Gas settlement process for over 30 suppliers monthly. This process includes the collection and organization of invoices and supporting documents throughout the settlement process. Working with the GTM traders to come up with accurate gas imbalance amounts to ensure that the suppliers are paid the correct amount. Trade Control for all financial Power and physical Natural Gas within the Cargill-GTM group. This process includes the collection of all counterparty confirmations (verify that we agree with the confirmation and execute the deal) along with, the organization and distribution of signed confirmations. Manage and update customers on the CERMS (Energy) website. Generate and post accruals for Physical Natural Gas on the website. Month End procedures for Physical Natural Gas (tying the P&L out at the end of the month)Generate the Daily Profit and Loss report for Financial Power.Month end reporting for Financial Power (includes all settlements with counterparties)
