• Conduct residential medication management review (RMMRs)• Optimising medication use in the elderly, educating staff and supporting aged care homes in safe practice guidelines.• Conducting psychotropic medication audits.• Ensure staff of residential aged care facilities are equipped with the tools to meet educational requirements in compliance with Aged Care Standards

This involved triaging, treatment, and follow-up (including out of hours). I was also heavily involved in managing the roll out of Covid-19 vaccinations at our GP practices. Our surgery was a key hub for the Islington borough of London. I was responsible for training, supervising and vaccinating.
