• Representation of business and commercial clients as defense counsel in the areas of commercial litigation, products liability and employment litigation; • Extensive case management experience in all stages of litigation;• Substantial experience taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing pre-trial motions, and formulating case strategy • Broad familiarity with all aspects of dispute resolution, including pre-suit negotiations, mediation, arbitration and pre-trial settlement conferences • Legal research and writing in the form of commercial contracts, mechanic’s liens, complex settlement agreements, and all forms of civil pleadings.
