I am a Project Coordinator and Managing Member of Odyssey Engineering. My goal is to layout the framework of a project on the front end, and see it through all permitting stages until the project is complete. Building relationships with clients and the cities we work in is an added bonus. Odyssey has an incredible team of designers, and my efforts to our team is to handle the permitting and coordination aspects of a project to allow them to focus on what they do best: design.While those are my goals, I also abide by James Clear's approach, “You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.”I believe the systems and organization we have created at Odyssey is the pathway to an efficient product that can benefit both the client and the community.
