Franchise Development Manager
Current• Cultivating strong, trusting relationships with the Franchisee portfolio by engaging with them on a regular basis to gain knowledge of their business.• Identifying the needs of the Franchisees and using this information to identify growth opportunities for their businesses.• Utilizing data and insights to continuously deliver value and support to the Franchisees.• Coaching and supporting the Franchisee portfolio to achieve business growth.• Ensuring that the Franchisee portfolio achieves loan settlement targets in line with State targets.• Identifying areas of opportunity and development for Franchisees and assisting them in their development.• Collaborating with other areas of the business to provide appropriate support to Franchisee portfolio businesses.• The ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders is necessary to build relationships, gather information, and deliver value to franchisees.• Knowledge of lending or lending processes is crucial to identify growth opportunities, make informed decisions, and ensure that franchisee portfolios achieve loan settlement targets.• Strong relationship-building skills, including networking and influencing, are essential to build trust with franchisees and establish long-lasting partnerships.• Strong attention to detail is necessary to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job, from identifying growth opportunities.• The capacity to work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment is necessary to manage changing priorities, navigate complex situations, and stay focused on achieving business goals.
