As the Founder and Managing Director of TBS Services Group, I lead a team of passionate, highly skilled and professional individuals including Electricians, Refrigeration Technicians, Engineers, Estimators and Customer Support staff. By trade I am a fully qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning mechanic with over 18 years of HVAC / Electrical experience, including both in the field technical and business senior management experience. I pride myself on being highly motivated to succeed in anything I do while creating a positive environment for any and all businesses and stake holders involved in the process. Throughout my career I have witnessed and experienced the Electrical and HVAC industries in all different aspects and recognise that our customers are our business, and most importantly that the importance of open and honest communication between all is the key to building the strong relationships we hold with our clients today as well as future clients to come.
