I have a background in emergency services and extensive experience in management and leadership. During my time in Command Training with West Midlands Fire Service I was involved in immersive and practical training exercises and assessments and had great links with multiple agencies - working together to resolve dynamic operational incidents. I now use this experience by offering training solutions in terms of effective leadership and also command for making dynamic decisions in pressurised environments and also leadership and management skills to enable effective and engaging leadership.
