Emergency operations cover on sites, including fire, medical and security. Also wrote and produced new procedures for various specialist areas including electric vehicles , confined space rescues and command and control at incidents.

During this career in the Fire Service I worked as an operational officer at 4 different ranks and attended and took charge of numerous serious emergency incidents.
