Experienced Recruiting Manager leading Mailchimp's Talent Operations and Programs. My teams are responsible for our University Recruiting, Intern Program, and full lifecycle recruiting. I'm also personally responsibile for building out software/technology that powers the recruiting process at Mailchimp. In my time as an individual contributor I'm responsible for generating data-driven insights and analysis. We use these insights to identify areas of recruiting and our processes to empower our recruiters, teams and candidates. I build and maintain a variety of dashboards and reports that help Talent Acquisition team act on hiring trends and better support our business partners.
