• Hires, trains, develops, and retains a team of direct reports: This team is comprised of both regular, full-time Partners as well as temporary employees• Establishes department training plans and periodically assesses suitability based on direct reports’ advancement. Ensures direct reports are always properly trained on assignments and techniques.• Develops and applies knowledge of procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment to the Plant cleaning process. Reviews and revises cleaning SOPs as needed, and leads the continuous improvement of facility sanitation• Maintains aseptic conditions in all environmentally controlled (clean room) areas according to specific instructions, cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and safety rules• Creates and maintains cleaning schedules to meet Production needs and changes• Orders and maintains cleaning equipment and sufficient supplies for cleaning responsibilities• Reviews and signs off on all cleaning records ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and legibility per applicable SOPs. Reports discrepancies observed by team or self into the system of record (CMMS/AMS) per SOP• Works cross functionally with internal customers and responds quickly to special cleaning requests• Ensures the safety of staff via regular in-person checks-ins, work-alongs, and proper use of mandated PPE• Develops agendas and facilitates pre- and post-shift team meetings• Reviews and approves staff timesheets• Fills in for Sanitation Techs when necessary

Provides the designated AT Training Supervisor for afloat and ashore units with the knowledge and skills required for delivery of entry and sustainment level security force training to Navy personnel, and to assist with Force Protection Training Team/Antiterrorism Training Team duties, to include armed sentry watch standing procedures, Non-Lethal Weapons (NLW) employment, and Security Reaction Force (SRF) response procedures. Instill the level of knowledge, skills, and abilities required to effectively oversee and assess daily AT security force training and unit readiness to defend against potential terrorist operations in an asymmetrical environment. Served as the Anti-Terrorism Officer (ATO) in matters concerning the units FPTT/ATTT. Responsible for all unit level training.Conducts command Anti-terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) training and develops and executes ATFP plans and prepares vulnerability assessments. May instruct personnel in Armed Sentry and Security Reaction Force-basic, tactics, techniques and procedures and maintain the ATFP training program. Works closely with command, base, unit, squadron, and ship security officers; disaster preparedness officers; nuclear, biological, and chemical defense officers.

Individually or as part of a force, conduct Force Protection (FP) operations in order to defeat threats at-sea, on-shore, and in expeditionary environments. Force Protection (FP) is a program that is comprised of three pillars: Antiterrorism (AT), physical security, and law enforcement. Specifically, the MA will conduct scalable Force Protection (FP) and security providing layered defense for designated assets and critical infrastructure throughout the world. Additionally, MA will operate in an integrated sea/coastal/landward security environment providing mobile and fixed defensive operations while organizing and training their personnel in Antiterrorism (AT), physical security, law enforcement, and weapons proficiency. These tasks are in support of Commanders performing base defense, expeditionary/combat operations, strategic asset security, law enforcement, corrections, and special events and operations with other services, host nation partners, and civil authorities.
