I am responsible for developing new business as well as maintain and grow current customer partnerships. I employ different methods to generate revenue/increase profitability. I consistently deliver the highest level of customer service to my customers. I interact with and influence a variety of customers, from those in dire situations to loyal business customers that rent cars weekly with Enterprise. I demonstrate the ability to carry out conflict resolution with customers and fleet management on a daily basis by implementing various problem solving strategies. I phone customers to resolve billing and to ensure that they are completely satisfied and I also have earned the trust of management to operate a branch office when the manager is not present
