• Manage the recruitment budgets of local, out of state, and international students to the college• Supervise outside lead generation team and inside sales team (Staff of 6-10)• Responsible for the sourcing and hiring of high school admissions representatives• Assist with creating job postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, company website• Conduct phone prescreen interviews to potential admissions representatives• Oversee the entire interview process for high school admissions representatives• Analyze results of PLUM tests to predict success of potential candidates• Train new staff on effectively using Oracle CRM and Microsoft Office to manage business• Utilize CRM dashboards to focus recruitment and lead generation efforts• Generate lead generation and enrollment tracking reports in Oracle CRM• Develop and maintain business relationships with principals, guidance counselors, and teachers throughout Southeastern Wisconsin• Responsible for the achievement of lead generation and recruitment goals for students at three campuses in Wisconsin• Serve as spokesperson for the college at career fairs, television segments, athletic events• Screen and interview head coaching candidates for 20 NJCAA sports• Coach entry level reps to senior and master levels for promotion• Create and present PowerPoint workshops for high school seniors and juniors• Responsible for building the annual strategic enrollment growth plan for Wisconsin• Provide senior management with weekly and annual recruitment key performance indicators• Analyze key performance indicators using Oracle CRM to make business decisions• Facilitate best practice training to 20 campuses on lead generation and recruitment• Recruitment experience with first generation, adult learners, international students
