The communications Supervisor is primary responsible for monitoring the activities of various shifts within the Communications Center. These activities include the coordination of scheduling, maintaining the System Status Management plan for deployment of field ambulances and any other resources, and ensuring adherence to the Operation Guidelines and policy.DUTIES:· Develop, Maintain, and coordinate the communications center schedule· Fill open communications center shifts· Monitor waiting and active calls· Provide proactive on-line support for trouble shooting of equipment problems· Assist in modifying calls or SSM Plans to meet contract response requirements· Ensure that Operational Guidelines are understood and followed.· Resolve immediate problems in the worksite.· Participate on accumulation pf QA/QI Data· Investigate incidents and complaints· Assist in training and continuing education· Responsible and accountable for daily compliance of shift to performance standards· Develop, analyze, and evaluate daily reports· Other duties as assignedSpecialties: · Project Manager for Victorville, Hemet and Garden Grove relocation Project- finished all task on or under budget and ahead of deadline. Provided client training on new Cisco IP Phone System. Manage multiple vendors to complete the project such as Cable Vendor, Radio Vendor, SBC Data Comm and Verizon.
