CurrentI have a lifelong career in Agriculture, Ocean Farming and Food Processing Plant inspections.I attended law school and have been a member of the California Bar since 2006. My primary work is on-site or remotely with clients, however I am available as an expert witness at administrative hearings or court if that is appropriate. This wide range of field work, experience and law allow me to be of help in determining the most time and money efficient way to resolve a problem or issue relating to agricultural systems in general or related to organic regulations in particular. I am able to provide global assistance in the USDA NOP regulations, willing to travel as needed if the problem cannot be handled remotely. Non-compliance, annual reviews, audit assistance, witness inspections, personnel training, overview of project issues, expert witness.
