    Worked on projects for detecting and modeling chemical and biological threats in urban environments. • Developed an Android app for scouting out locations to place sensors, and manage collection and distribution of the sensors and collection wafers to capture particulates (which could identify threats). The app utilizes NFC scanning, QR code scanning, on-device SQLite database.• Created a server to manage synchronization of app data and app configuration, and allows for pairing of collection data with lab results. These tools will be used for a major NYC test in October 2020. The backend was constructed with MongoDB and NodeJS, with a Bulma and Pug-based frontend.• Created data ingest systems for live sensor streaming from an Amazon SQS queue to an on-premise Elastic Stack. This live data feed is used to design ML algorithms for detecting threats.
