Where I wrote the show archetype, built out a studio, captured, edited & produced all the content assets required to launch the podcast & social media pages in Jan 2022. Then recruiting / hiring & building a team of 4 other dynamic creatives in March ‘22, to co produce the brand. Collectively elevating Mondter Mindset across all platforms and effectively monetizing all social channels & vertically integrating the brand into a fully functioning company.
