Real Estate professional with varied industry experience after spending 14 years within a number of roles at HSBC Bank including 5 years in the Vancouver Commercial Real Estate Group.While at HSBC I cultivated and sustained relationships with real estate developers, managing a portfolio of clients aggregating loan facilities in excess of $1B and generating annual revenues in excess of $20M. Responsibilities included sourcing and underwriting loan facilities for a wide array of real estate transactions including construction financing, term financing and land acquisition financing as well as raising over $3B in construction financing in the syndicated loans market as lead bank and agent. During my time at Liberty I worked with ownership in managing and executing tasks across the full corporate value chain. Specific areas of responsibility include Debt Financing, Leasing, Property Management, Acquisitions, Sales & Marketing and Operations.
